Big Iron
Ok, so our son has a flair for creating his own dramatics. He LOVES his Under Armour spandex outfit from Pawpaw and Memo (Ashley's parents), has on his new house shoes, and wants to try out his "Big Iron"....so, here ya go....ENJOY

Our Uncle Tate, Mama's brother, graduated from University of Alabama, (we won't hold it against him! War Eagle!) moved back to Texas and as you can see, we have a lot of fun together- Tate is in law school at TTU!!!

Just Like a Man!
We were all visiting and talking on Thursday morning at the campsite....well, Kerry was telling a story and next thing we know, Blu is sacked out while he's sitting up. It was so funny because Dad said, "I know Blu, her stories put me to sleep, too!" It just goes to show that no matter what the age, our talking puts 'em out!!

Brazos hung with the big boys at the Redneck Riviera....they decided to watch and announce for the golf tourney going on. Brazos thinks he's a/b 13 now- talk about SAD for mama!!!Thanks, Big Brother!
Brazos thought he'd be nice and prop Blu up- the poor baby probably got a crick in his neck because Brazos stuffed that huge pillow behind him. It doesn't help that Blu is a little on the large side!
1st Place Locked Up!!!
Brazos was so thrilled to get his "Piston Cup" (he thinks all trophies are Piston Cups!) but not as thrilled as Daddy was for "locking up the Championship"! They won against the other 2 teams- YAY! That's our boy! Brazos ended up with about 7 or 8 home runs for the season- a real standout!Lady Magnet
While we were camping out last week, SEVERAL times Brazos would come around the bend with a 4 wheeler load of little girls!!! He never came with a load of boys? The little girl in front of Brazos, her name is Rivers...Brazos and Rivers, hmmm?

Summer Trip to Bandera, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg

Blu in the "Butterfly Haus" at the Wildseed Farm in FredericksburgThis was a newly hatched butterfly that was just getting his wings strong enough to fly. Until they gain their strength, they are not in a hurry to get anywhere and feel no need to fear- little do they know that the Washington boys are "in the haus!" Watch out, little butterflies!
Yes, this is the World's Largest Pancake and Brazos had it for lunch at the OST "Old Spanish Trail" Restaurant in Bandera- he thot he'd died and gone to heaven! He ate the WHOLE thing!
